Dasvi - an ode to the importance of education and reform

Everyone has eyes - but only a few have vision
Everyone has a brain - but only few have a mind
The journey from eyes to vision and brain to mind is fueled by education.

- says Ganga Ram Choudhary in Dasvi

Education is important and it is not same as attaining certificates but overall development. The importance of education is understood only in its implementation. Who needs a cynic, like Oscar Wilde says, who knows the price of everything but the value of nothing.

We don't need degree holders, we need illuminated souls and the movie is about that. Ganga Ram Choudhary enters the jail as an illiterate man and leaves it, as an high school diploma holder and an illuminated person.

His move to make a youthful man a leader and seek a position that he knows he can make a difference in, speaks about his obstinate will to be in power but his reform through the rigorous learning and the difference it made to his thought is shown in the role he choses as a changemaker.

The power of reform and the power of education shines through in Dasvi!
